While traveling out of town, I experienced a sudden, concerning issue with my left eye. Dr. Gross helped me determine what was going on and how to proceed. He was very thorough, concise, and visited all the possibilities I should consider and steps I should take. He was very helpful, and I was thankful for his concern for my situation.
I live 2.5 hours away from Dr Gross’s Mt Pleasant office, yet after watching his exceptional work with my wife’s significant eye problem, I chose him to perform my cataract and new lens implants, in my own eyes. Exceptional attention to detail, kind and caring, I simply cannot recomend him highly enough.
During Hurricane Florence, my wife and I were forced to evacute from our North Carolina home and were unable to visit our Retinologist to receive scheduled injection treatments for Macular Degeneration.
