RecommendedBeen going there for over 30 years . Great staff of people and my Dr is great .
It took six weeks and seven voicemails (the last one to a supervisor) to get anyone in billing to call me back about a “routine newborn hearing screening” that should be fully covered by my insurance. After talking with them, I was told they would call me back. Instead of a call back, they sent a “final bill” stating that the visit should be paid in full within 10 days or else it would be sent to a collection service. A little patience for an insurance appeal would be appreciated. We will not be back.
Professional and companioned
My 10 year old daughter and I showed up for the walk in clinic today suspecting strep. I asked if it was likely we’d be tested for COVID along with strep as I’ve heard that’s often been the case lately when going in for an appointment. The receptionist ROLLED HER EYES at me and said “well, now I have to complete a COVID check list for you” and proceeded to get out the check list and go through potential symptoms. good people who seem to actually care
I am still in shock that I was denied services because my symptoms resembled those of COVID19. I was told to return when my results showed negative. I literally cried on the receptionist. My ears were burning and I was in so much pain. Who cares if I were postive? Wouldn't I still need treatment? I ended up at an Urgent Care I had never been to who would treat me! It has been my clinic for 40 years. Would not dream of going anywhere else.
Dr. Hamilton is great doctor. Highly recommend.
