Dr. Bissell is very friendly, thorough and professional. He takes his time with patients, always listens to concerns and follows up on them. Over the last 11 years that I have lived in this area, his advice and changes in prescriptions have always been spot on! When he saw that I needed cataract surgery, he sent me to an excellent facility, and his follow-up care was outstanding.
