Terrible! I went to the ER for leg pain/ swelling . I was told it was anxiety and sent on my way. This was back in April. YESTERDAY (SEPTEMBER)I was looking through my records on the portal and learned that I have two blood clots. One clot is in my femoral artery and the other in my calf. My labs were also suggestive of having a clot. I was never told anything about having a blood clot and that everything was normal. How does this even happen?! 😡
Kidney Dr sent my mother to ER with stage 5 kidney failure. He sent her labs and specific instructions on treatment plan to them before we got there. While waiting to be seen, more than once, staff came out asking people sitting in wheelchairs to get out of them because they didn't have enough. Also overheard an anxious plea over the 2-way radios for ANY available IV pumps to be brought to the ER as they didn't have enough.
