John's company came out to the house, they were on time, reviewed the property, and made us an offer on the spot which we later accepted after meeting with four other companies. They were very nice, friendly and we did not feel we were lowballed. ( not what we expected ) We did not have to make any repairs. We were pleased with their offer and they paid all closing costs. We walked away from closing with a check in the amount they offered. Would highly recommend them.
