John is a fine craftsman! He built custom floating shelves and counter tops for our family room. They fit perfectly and look great. We are very happy with the way they turned out. John is a busy guy, but it was so worth the wait! We are going to have him work on an another project in our home.
This is really unfortunate that we feel the need to leave a bad review, but…there really is no other choice as we cannot get into contact with John Crull, LLC. Our journey with John Crull, LLC started all the way back in the spring of 2024. We met with John in March and he was kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He agreed to complete a bar for our formal dining room with a completion date for the end of June. He had us out to his shop in early July to see the progress and it was half way done. Since that time he failed to respond to any emails, calls or text messages and we have not heard from him since approximately September. John did an AMAZING job with our custom closet! He really nailed it after listening to our wants and needs with the space. He listened as well as gave us suggestions on how to maximize the space. John showed us example renderings on his computer which helped us to visualize the cabinetry and make adjustments.
