I’ve lived in this building for over 20 years and have never experienced noise like this until hardwood floors were installed in the unit above me. The banging and stomping are constant. It’s not normal living noise it’s heavy, repetitive impact noise that shakes my walls, my bed, and makes items vibrate. I’m regularly woken up out of sleep by it.
