My first time visiting JC VA medical facility was truthfully the highlight of my day. Valet members were so helpful and were insistent on putting a smile on my face before even entering the building. I needed water and the woman running the cafe at the front of the main building gave me ice cold water free of charge. I was reading signs trying to figure out where to go on the first and second floor, and each time, a VA team member stopped to help direct me.
