Not veteran care based; very quick to deny care… sadly, this va needs a lot of pride at the job training. Though, yay. A theme regionally not just this location.
JC Ortho dept/CITC left me as a crippled after 3 surgeries that FAILED, for 5 years because they refuse to acknowledge my service connected left knee and are illegally billing my private insurance for CITC care. I had to self pay for my knee nerve damage & replacement. Surgeries 4-6 & have had 9 total procedures on my knee since 202-2/2025. If YOU value you or your loved ones, GO somewhere else… mental health clinic at JB is disgraceful! If I could give less stars I would.
