He asks me how could my son be successful. What is the basis cause I am not successful. How sure he is that all of his son will be successful cause his a doctor. I saw him in one of the restaurant. He is covered with tattoos and he bulk up. He looks untidy and unprofessional.
Called two times seeking help for my son. Finally made appointment to attend w my son. Did not listen, talked about his own success and showed us an app for phone. An absolute waste of time and money. Did not appear to want to help in any way. I have lost all faith in mental health doctors. We were obviously in distress. He provided zero help but, he got paid.
Dr. Cobbs Office personnel are professional and got me a ride in to see him no hassle, Dr. Cobb listened to my issues , he is very clear and concise with his manner , and able to see what I was experiencing and explain it to me in terms that I can understand and treat me with respect and help me immensely. I have the right medication now and my life is so much better, thank you Dr. Cobb
Dr. Cobb was very relatable. He made me feel comfortable expressing my issues. Actually listened to my situation, and gave me advice.
Wanted to put me on a bunch of medication immediately - wouldnt budge on me trying one to see how that goes. Refused to see me if i didnt take the medication. Told me that i was destined to 'abuse' pot if I didnt see him (even though I had stopped for months at the time and remain clean years later). Very unpleasant person.
Went in for Anxiety and Panic attacks, did not prescribe anything more than what my doctor prescribed already for pain. Was nothing more than a waste of money. Just gave me prescriptions for stuff that didn't work on me and said it should "eventually" work. worthless waste of time and money and didn't help me at all. do not recommend. I thought doctors were suppose to help, got referred by my primary, waited 2 months and did absolutely nothing to help. took my money and recommended stuff that I already had tried and told him... read more
He is on target and prescribes the right meds.
My daughter went to see Dr. Cobb 7 months after her Dad committed suicide because of extreme anxiety and depression. He told her that suicide is like cancer, some people survive it and some don't. He never asked her if she had suicidal thoughts. He diagnosed her with bipolar depression and prescribed a mood stabilizer that lengthens the time between episodes but gave her nothing for anxiety or depression.
