Have always gotten excellent care. Dr. Clay and all of of the staff are very professional and caring people.
The beat healthcare provider ever experienced.
Dr. Clay takes his time with you. He is not rushed. Explains everything to you. The nurses and him make you feel at ease.
I and my husband are both patients of Dr. Clay. We like his great attitude and manner with us. He also teaches and explains things in they way we can understand. He is a young doctor and we hope to be his patients for a very long time.
I saw him one time in the Hopewell Office in 2011 the one time I saw him I was really impress And this time I was still impress as it took time to go over my medical history but to include some medical that I had done in 2003 as part of my next office vist in June that he will go over me after all blood work is done
I am 61 and we had seen the same family doctors’ group for 20 plus years until HCA decided to close the office. Today’s norm is PAs or NPs staff with no medical doctor on site and that concerns me. However, John Clay and Brandy [office mgr] had been with the former office and are now in Colonial Heights. We are now Dr. Clay’s patients and it has been a seamless transition. The office and medical staff members are professional, genuine, knowledgeable, and caring people. Respectfully submitted,
Dr. John Clay is a physician that cares about your health. He takes time with you and listens to what is going on. Yes I would recommend Dr. Clay to family and friends!
I as very impressed with Dr. Clay's knowledge and caring attitude. We discussed my health issues for nearly 30 minutes and I was very comfortable discussing my care. I had recently come over to Dr. Clay after my primary care doctor of 30+ had retired, so it was comforting to have someone like Dr. Clay taking up where my previous physician had left off.
It's refreshing as a retired registered nurse of 60 years to visit a physician and be treated with respect, kindness and concern by the receptionist, nurse, lab tech. and physician. If you are in need of a caring and thorough physician and staff I highly recommend Dr. John Clay
