I loved working with Matthias and his crew. Matthias was a very quick problem solver, was able to come up with the best solutions and was willing to hear what I needed. He gave me options, and explained each so clearly. He was completely on top of the whole project, was meticulous about every detail, and was able to supervise his team flawlessly. The John Cipollone Inc team was there for me, especially Matthias K*** (along with help from Team J, Mike M******** and Mike P****). My 9 year old Carrier furnace failed and I was looking at a pricey install (several local companies were quoting me between $7000 - $9500). Matthias went out of his way to help me research Carrier furnace issues and we both found that Carrier offers customers an extended warranty on my particular model. They installed our heater & air conditioning unit. If we had a problem they took care of it. They cleaned after themselves, very pleasant & efficient.

Thank you for the quick response this morning! Mark was professional and efficient and when I called to say I lost heat yesterday they pushed up the regularly scheduled maintenance and had someone out first thing this morning. Means a lot right before Christmas!
