They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
