I didn’t see Dr Chang on my first visit but Steven his PA was very nice and responsive to the reason for my visit. Every staff member was polite and friendly. I didn’t have to sit and wait very long to be seen.
This was my first time visiting the office. I found the facility to be clean, the front desk polite and friendly. My interaction with everyone was very pleasant. I was put at ease immediately. Dr. Chang listened to me and explained things in a manner that I did not feel stupid, but also was easy to understand.
