Dr. Chang is an excellent doctor. He has a wonderful personality and puts you at ease during your procedure and office visits. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure all your questions are answered and that your appointment is not rushed .
Dr. Chang listens and is truly interested in what his patients say to him. After going to him for many years I have never walked away feeling that my problems weren't addressed. He cares very much about his patients.
My visit was good the staff were very professional and friendly. As for DR. CHANG he is a great DR.

I was former patient back in 2010 of Dr. John Chang was my Gastroenterologist so now in 2023 I had to go back again and Dr. John Chang was my Gastroenterologist again.... I'm very pleased with him he took the time hear me and to find my problem is and to give me some tests that needed because my blood work was high under IBD. I thank him and recommend him to anyone
Very thorough in testing to find what is causing your symptoms, friendly, listens, helpful staff.
Was new experience for hemriod treatment and since I ha this since 2003 to now glad this battle had come to an end
No physical examination, no discussion of diet or food interactions. When asked questions often not answered or addressed!
I got a referral from my primary doctor to come to see Dr. Chang. I went there but they asked me to made a copayment of $40. Of course I had to pay then when I got to the room and the nurse is coming in and said Dr. Chang is not available today then she sent me home. Is it how you made money? And how much do you charge From my insurance for that visit?
