Dr. Chance's exam, explanation, and treatment were truly superb! He took the time to show me various views of the MRI, explaining the damage and alternate treatments. I couldn't be more pleased.

I talked with Dr. Robert Freeman at Well Med about my Left knee that was replaced Clicking and having a lot of Pain. I also talked to my two Brother and my two Sisters plus Military friends that had Knee Replacements and none of them have had any problems with their surgery. I went to Dr. Chance's office in about 2021 for a rotator cuff pain and diagnosis and possible treatment. He requested a recent MRI observed him staring closely at my film in another office. He came to me later saying oh yes I can fix it. I came away with my right shoulder worse off than it was before. The X-ray staff was not very professional at all just about every time I had an appointment she wanted to take X-rays. Even after stating nothing changed in the last 2-3 weeks. The worst experience I've ever had with a physician. He told me my rotator cuff is not torn, despite an MRI (that I already had at my first appointment & that he would not look at) showing it is in multiple places. He decided my shoulder pain is from my neck? He told me I could go to one of his partners to get my shoulder fixed but he will only do a cervical MRI. Dr. Chance is a Godsend. I don't think there is an Ortho doc I would trust more. I couldn't be happier with my journey on finally getting a diagnosis and plan of care for my problems. Dr. Chance and his office staff have been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. I feel like I have brand new knees. Thank you, Dr. Chance!

After almost a year of significant pain, sleepless nights etc, Im thankful for Dr Chance finding the source (s) of my knee pain via surgery even though xrays & MRI didnt show anything particularly wrong. I took a chance on Chance to figure it out and he did!!! Shoulder is next and I feel certain that will go just as well. I have had positive experience with staff at Hardy Oak as well as Toepperwine staff and havent waited more than 10-15 minutes after scheduled appt time.

The Dr. dose not talk you have to pull everything out of him. His staff is awful they are very rude . The front desk is very very rude it is like they don't want you there would never go back. Will find me another Dr.

Admin dept is not efficient. X-ray confirmed a broken shoulder. Dr Chance did some strength testing which my husband did well with, though suffered the effects afterward. No stabilizing. No pain management. He said he would request a CT scan through our primary. I made calls daily to find out the status of that request and was told their dictation dept was behind. Tried 4 mos to get the pain resolved; finally discover the cause and, because he has suffered so long already, apparently not urgent.
