My visits have always been pleasent. From the greetings by the office staff to when you appointment is finished. They all treat you as a person and not just a number.
The staff members are very friendly and polite. My hygienist Susie, does excellent dental care. Dr.Morris has been my dentist for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Dr. Morris for your professional and personal skill. I would highly recommend this office for treatment.
Always get happy teeth after my appointment. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes the dentist experience no so bad. I've moved out of Battle Creek but would not give up Morris' office, would travel great distances to keep their great care.
Service was superb, from the way I was greeted warmly at the door to the way Susan, a terrific hygienist, carefully and professionally did her work while describing each step and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Morris was thorough and caring. And the patient hospitality was excellent: paraffin wax treatment for the hands, warm neck wrap, a TV tuned to ESPN, even a window with a birdhouse right outside. I'd recommend this office, which is high-tech and patient-centered in every way, to anyone needing dental care.
Everything was great and on time. All of the employees in the office are great people and going to the dentist is a pleasure and not a pain.
The staff calls you by name. They are fast and efficient. They are polite and actually seem interested in you and your interests. They make going to the dentists a very good experience.
Dr. Morris has been doing my dental work for at least 20 years or more . I've always been pleased with his work and his staff is great.I recommend Dr. Morris for any dental work. Thank you again Dr. Morris and staff.
The staff members at John Morris, DDS are professional, friendly and very skilled. The office stays current on the latest in dentistry techniques and tools. Their approach is holistic in that they look at me as a whole patient, and not just a mouth and teeth. Dr. Morris and the entire staff are very considerate of my needs and they do their best to accommodate them. I am thrilled to be a patient here.
