Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I HAVE VISITED DR. CASSEL MANY TIMES AND AS MY PLASTIC SURGEON I FIND HIM TO BE WONDERFUL AND AFTER MY PROCEDURES HE WAS MORE THEN SPECTACULAR. MY FACE AND BROW ARE GREAT. MY TUMMY OUTSTANDING, AND MY REDUCTION YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL I HAVE REFERRED DR CASSEL MANY TIMES AND EACH AND EVERY PERSON WAS COMPLETED SATIFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE IS JUST GREAT.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely!
