Dr. Cassel and his staff are professional, kind, accommodating and just wonderful all around. I loved the fact that I stayed overnight after both of my procedures, I had a tummy tuck on 4-4-12 and a facelift on 11-11-13. That made me feel very safe and comfortable as you never know how you will respond after a procedure. The surgical suite is very clean and very well equipped. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne.
