This is the first time I have sold a home and I am glad we had John to help us all the way throughout the process. He and his team are very knowledgeable and attentive. Especially to an overly anxious first time seller. And, his photos of our house for the listing were great. They added that professional touch. My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Big Bear Lake. We were referred to John by a friend of a friend. John was excellent in every way. Super responsive and full of knowledge of the area. He regularly altered his schedule to show us places during the days when we could make it up the mountain. We ended up finding our dream cabin and John helped us get a great deal. We would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a place in the So Cal Mountains.

I interviewed 2 agents besides John Carmody to sell my cabin and John was by far the most professional. He was charming and knowledgable. He definitely knows what he's doing! He helped stage my home with my own furnishings and he brought in some of his own staging decor to help create value where needed. He had the yard cleaned up and took a load to the dump for me. Had several dealings with Mr Carmody. Unfortunately, he has shown how unethical he is. Had business dealings with him and has absconded with most of the money. so sad to see someone who claims to be ethical be so untrustworthy. Steer clear of this person!!!!!!
