Everyone was professional and pleasant. I was called by my appointment time Dr. Redfern was knowledgeable and understood my situation and played out a plan going forward.
Pre-surgery directions were clear. Day of the surgery was smooth and uneventful. Post surgery has gone smoothly. Good communications from the Dr, the PA, and the entire staff throughout . We' ll see how the knee heals.
I really appreciated how Dr Redfern answered all of my questions regarding my knee problem and described possible solutions. He took the time to explain several medical terms that I didn't understand.
I had a great experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was very informative and I’m hoping the treatment was successful!
