Dr. Redfern is my dad's shoulder surgeon. Wonderful doctor. He's personable, respectful and communicates thoroughly and clearly. The surgery went smoothly and Dad has healed quickly. He knows his stuff! Everyone on his team who we have seen from the first urgent care appointment forward have been fabulous too... excellent communication and care both pre and post surgery. We couldn't have had a better experience.
I appreciated that he was understanding and empathetic to my situation. He made some suggestions for next steps and I felt good about having a plan to move forward. I felt like he explained things to me in ways that were easy for me to understand.
Dr. Redfern was very courteous and outgoing. He had come very highly recommended by a patient of his, and my wife and I agreed that he exuded confidence and competence in my initial exam. I will continue my shoulder exams with him with trust in his abilities.
