Dr. Carlisle was amazing throughout the entire course of treatment for a labral tear of my hip. He was extremely thorough during each phase from assessment and diagnosis to conservative treatment, surgical intervention, and post-op recovery. KC Orthopedic and Dr. Carlisle are the best. I never dreamed I would tear my hamstring. Dr.Carlisle and the team at KC Orthopedic were fantastic and with surgery, I am recovering nicely. The facility and staff are top notch. I was made aware of what has happened, what will happen, and that’s what did happen. They will take care of you!!!!
I endured many years of pain. It became worse over time until it affected everything I did. Even sitting long enough to eat a meal became too painful. A 30-minute car ride became unbearable, so I just stayed home. The pain hindered playing pickleball, sitting to quilt, riding the bike, taking long walks etc. I saw 9 different professionals and there was disagreement as to whether the pain was due to my hip or my back.
