I’m disappointed in the services and billing. Went in to get three small growths removed from the eyes area. One has went away. The other two- looks like nothing has changed. Went back twelve days after for follow up and he attempted to remove again. I’ve waited to notice results and still nothing has changed. They charge me for the second visit follow up, and billed insurance. I didn’t get services needed nor the value and now out of pocket almost $400 and the growths are still visible. The ladies at the front desk was great! Sparky and Dr Campbell were very professional!
John Campbell and his staff were very professional, helpful and patient with all my questions. He even took the time to send my RX to an online store that saved me money. His nurse was awesome as well.
Mr Campbell is a wonderful person. He is the go to person for my family at the clinic. He explains conditions well. Always helpful and accommodating. The medical care he provides and the kindness during the process are why we will be his patients always. Thankful for the easy option to complete paperwork online, it made the process at check in a breeze. The Beckham office is clean and efficiently organized. Always a pleasant visit.
