Husband was in ER in different county and was referred to Dr. Richier for the next day. He seemed personable and knowledgeable. Surgery was set for a Thurs. ---surgery seemed to go fine. But, on Friday morning my husbands was experiencing some things he wanted and needed addressed by the Dr. I called his office, got recording to leave name etc and my call would be returned. My visit was a referral from ER for a kidney stone. Meds weren’t helping and I had been suffering and vomiting for 2 days and lightheaded from lack of fluids. Pain was intense. Nurses told me to wait. I’m crying in pain and see another patient start to film me. I go out to hallway to lie down. They ignore me until people passing by keep insisting they help me. Dr. sees me. Had high PSA and was advised to get it checked by urologist. Richier was selected. He ran the test then put me on antibiotics. Long story short, after biopsies and over a year of office visits, he said we would just watch my PSA. He never really paid any attention to my complaints of other symptoms and dismissed them. I came into the emergency room for frequent urinating and really bad abdominal pain on my left side. They did numerous tests and they decided to admit me into the hospital and the next morning Dr.Richier came in and talked me about what was going on and immediately took me into emergency surgery and afterwards he came and talked to me about the situation and I got really upset and was crying he made sure they gave me something to calm down so I could get some rest.
