Dr Payne was beyond one of the best Dr's I have worked with and he was very kind and patient with any answers I had during each appt. He did a wonderful job on my breast reconstruction surgery! If I could give him 100 stars I would! His work is remarkable and he is very detailed with his work and im so very thankful we came to him! Dr. Payne is an artist. I've had two procedures done by him and both turned out better than I could've hoped for. Everyone at St. John's was pleasant and caring! I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed anything else.
