Dr John Aniemeke is a great dentist/surgeon. He and his staff are very friendly with great smiles. However, I am extremely disappointed with the communication and service provided trying to get my refund for several months (July-February). I was constantly told my account was being audited and I had a credit balance. Even with having my dental insurance company on a 3 way call trying to resolve this issue and sending Dr. Aniemeke an email expressing my concerns the situation was not resolved until today. My office visits here are always so comfortable and stress free. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr John Aniemeke is a wonderful compassionate person and a great doctor that takes the time to listen to you, answer all your questions and concerns, and brings you comfort when you need it the most.
