As always, Dr Byrne was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He has been one of my favorite doctors for many , many years. The staff was helpful as well and very pleasant. I highly recommend Medstar doctors and facilities across the board.
You switched doctors for some reason not known to me. Now you're claiming you need another authorization when my establishment says otherwise. Your receptionist was rude and not helpful at all !!!!!
