I absolutely love working with Chad. He truly cares about his clients and goes full throttle to find them a house they will love. Because of Chad's knowledge of the market, we were able to snag our house in the midst of a very competitive listing. I'm so grateful to have Chad on my team. He's part of our family! He listened to our needs, wants and only showed us houses that met our criteria. The whole process went as smoothly as home buying can get. We were able to get in contact with him at any time of the day and throughout the week. I would work with Chad again if/when we buy another home.
Johnna did an amazing job of being available during our home purchase. When she was unavailable, she made sure that a partner was there to help us. She was always working to help us even after closing. Great experience.
Excellent response. Chad was very responsive to return our phone calls. He sold a home for us. We didn't live in the same town as the residence that was sold so he went over and above to do extra things since we were not at the same location.
Johnna was my main point of contact and she always was available to answers questions, continued to go back to the sellers to negotiate a great sales price and helped all along the way to make sure this was the right home for us. Thank you
Chad is very responsive and helpful. He is very knowledgable about the Bryan/College Station area and market conditions. He is a joy to work with. He set up the inspections for us since we were remote. I would definitely work with chad again

Johnna worked diligently to help us find a home that fit our needs in a very trying market. Although it would have been easy to become frustrated, Johnna stayed positive and aggressive in searching for the right property. Prime houses were moving very quickly, often within a day. As we live over three hours away, we could not always come view new listings that might fit our requirements. Johnna helped me find a home that fit my budget and in the location I desired. It wasn't easy. We made full price offers on several properties only to not have them accepted. She continued to research properties for me and eventually we found one. I do recommend Johnna Ewers and her team. They were very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me thru the entire purchase and closing of the property.
