He explained EVERYTHING thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. He is not pushy and clearly makes the effort to get to know you personally, which I appreciate. We bought our first property in 2020 with the help of John. He was very helpful in making sure we understood the loan process and helped me figure out some lingering credit issues. Despite having some challenges while buying (difficult sellers, a somewhat odd property, and a real estate agent who wrote in a very short closing window) we were able to close and get the house. Buying a home is difficult and stressful - choose someone who is on your side and will make the process more transparent. Thank you John!

John and Karen at Guild Mortgage were both absolutely incredible to work with on the refinancing of my mortgage! My daughter and son-in-law raved about them while buying their first home (and later refinancing), so of course I went to them when I needed their services as well. John Bruce and his team went above and beyond to help me get into an amazing house in a tough market and a tough time personally for me. They were clear communicators, worked all kinds of hours, and were able to get me a great rate, even problem-solving to pivot into a better loan situation in the last 2 weeks before I closed on my home!
