Great experience. I inquired about a car and put a down payment on it to hold the car till I could see the car. Great communication. They kept me abreast of the status on the car’s readiness and called to keep me up to date. The deal didn’t work out, but they refunded my down payment within minutes of me notifying them. Good ethical business!!
Great communication.
Either not knowledgeable about car they were selling or they knew the car wasn’t as described. No implied warranty because ? Not even for 30 days. No original key, it’s an 07 Vette you need it. Then as I researched unfortunately after I bought the car the wobble in the harmonic balancer that the owner of the dealership said oh it’s just a pulley that I can change, well I know now that it’s a big job. So in closing, either they have no idea about the cars they are selling, or they know all too well

You have left a review at the wrong dealership. This is not a vehicle that we have sold/ and this is not a circumstance we encountered. We deal in many Corvettes and suspect that you may have contacted our store regarding one of our Corvettes but did not end up buying from us. Again, I assume you left a review to the wrong store/ not the one you actually purchased from. We have not recently sold an 07 Corvette. Thank you
Great dealership
They were fantastic! They were honest and open about their car. They offered me a fair price for my car. And because we were two states apart we did all of the negotiating on line. Their car was everything they said it would be and even better. The car needed a last minute repair after we signed the deal and they investigated and made the repair at no charge. They bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with the deal before we left. I would definitely recommend Steve John and his family to anyone.
