I can't recommend John and the Lake and Company team enough! As first time home buyers there was so much about the process that we did not know, and John made every step as easy as possible. He explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner, connected us with various vendors to aid with the process (loan officer, condo consultant, home inspector), and made sure we were on track at each stage. John was instrumental in us buying our first home and we could not be happier!
