John and Larissa are amazing to work with, full stop. They just helped me sell my house in Greenwood last month and I wish I had another house to sell so we can work together again. They are extremely flexible to whatever program you want to work on. If you want to do a lot of work yourself to get the house ready for sale or if you want to just hand over the keys and walk away, they are ok with whatever. I can't recommend John and the Lake and Company team enough! As first time home buyers there was so much about the process that we did not know, and John made every step as easy as possible. He explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner, connected us with various vendors to aid with the process (loan officer, condo consultant, home inspector), and made sure we were on track at each stage. John was instrumental in us buying our first home and we could not be happier!
