As a family member, I know the integrity and deep commitment that John has to his medical profession and patients. He is highly skilled, straight forward and caring - a perfect skill set one hope’s for when contemplating cosmetic surgery.

I was nervous about the surgery. Dr. Bershoff explained things so well at the first visit that I was less nervous. The surgery went great. I have a new nose.
I went to Dr. Bershof for a minor procedure on my hand and had a very good experience. It was a straightforward procedure but he also gave me a lot of information and context during the process which I appreciated. When I moved to another city, I had a doctor recommend a relatively invasive course of treatment for a different issue, and, remembering my positive experience with Dr. Bershof I gave him a call. Fortunately, Dr. Bershof recommended a much less invasive set of steps I could take to
I’m NOT leaving a review for Dr. Bershof, but for his staff. Dr.Bershop came highly highly recommend by Dr. Bateman, so I have been trying to reach his office for a week. Nothing, is more annoying, when NO one ever picks up the phone - no matter what time you call. Left a ‘detailed message’ as requested...that NO one ever responded to..REALLY!?
Dr. Bershof performed a forehead scar revision on my son. His assistant was not scheduled to be in the office when he performed this procedure on his own. He did not use the type of stitches that are not prone to spitting, nor did he inject Botox into his forehead to help the scar revision heal more favorably. My son had numerous spitting stitches with yellow pus oozing. No antibiotic was ever prescribed. This all led to less than favorable healing.
Business response:
This was never a patient of ours. There is no instance where a situation like this has ever happened within our practice. Dr. Bershof has never performed a procedure without his staff in the office. This is either a false accusation or this individual has our practice confused with another.

Everyone I know goes to him. Not only his he an excellent surgeon, but he has a fantastic personality. He really enjoys helping his patients.
