Ways to improve is be honest with your customers who do business with them and not sell car that have engine failures. Beware before you do business with these guys. I purchased a car for my daughter on 7/29/19 and by 8/16/19 had a cylinder 2 misfire which now has resulted in having to replace the engine. I called Mr Berry and explained what happened and he, as you probably would expect, tried to say that we caused we caused the problem.
