Dr Bergren understood my problem and made recommendations to resolve it.
He didn’t listen to me... at all. He said I was diabetic and hypertensive. My numbers were not that high and we’re actually considered “pre-“ condition. His answer to anything was to prescribe drugs (which made me wonder... is he getting kickbacks?). When the drugs made me sick, he just prescribed another drug that made me sick in a different way. Fortunately, I found a nutritionist and a change of diet was all I needed. For a couple of years now, I have tested in the “normal” range. The office staff here is awesome.
I presented for continuity of care with current labs. Nothing this man says adds up. My serum level was 797 with the reporting normal range 220-1197. "It's too high he says" "Whet then is your serum treatment goal doctor? " Silence. He complained that he had no current labs yet I had MyHealthonline live for him in the exam room. Palms facing patient in pushing motion. Nothing about this guy or his practice is remotely correct.
I've had several now and he is very knowledgeable, professional without being stuffy, he listens very well and can answer any of the complex questions I've asked. I work with physicians and have for more than 35 years in hospital and outpatient. I am a Clinical Psychologist (retired). I recommend Dr. Bergren without reservation.
I've seen Dr. Bergren recently and he was friendly, attentive, answered all of my questions and referred me right away for a surgical procedure to remove a carcinoma from my cheek. He was through in his explanation and supportive and compassionate in his care. He seems to practice medicine with character and skill, not just provide health care. as many others seem to. I am confident in Dr. Bergeren and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.
