Always great customer care
Because I was in pain the Dr. Arranged to have a zoom the next morning. We ended up with a phone call because the zoom didn't work. So he couldn't see me or my injury. But he arranged physical therapy for me. I do appreciate that! He did the best possible with a busy schedule.

My uncle was a patient of Bergren for many years. He had pain from neuropathy and was given creams and pain killers for many years. In February 2024 when the pain was worse Bergrens office would not see him and just said call 911. He was riddled with undiagnosed prostate cancer he had had for many years. No annual blood work or PSA's done on his check up visits. No attempt by Bergren to examine him and diagnose this slow growing cancer.
