This is how insurance SHOULD be. Felicia and the team at JBC have been working with me and my family for 20 years. I've moved away to a wonderful life elsewhere, but one of the the things that I miss the most about Knoxville is how easy, affordable, and friendly the folks at John Bailey have been for so long. Personal service from a human being you can speak with and even meet in person is worth the extra money....BUT...it's somehow cheaper than online quotes. I can't recommend them enough. Do it.
My experience with this company has never been good. I have tried to use them 3 separate times for event special insurance for my small business. The first time I kept getting blown off but finally after calling and emailing AJ daily he actually answered, came through, and a policy was issues. The 2nd time I again called AJ and asked for another policy. He never replied to emails or answered the phone again and he never got a policy for the event. I had requested a liability insurance quote for my glamping properties via your website on April 20th. On Friday, April 21st, I received a call from your office to discuss specifics. At that time, I was advised that I would hear back with a quote by the end of that day but was advised it could be Monday, April 24th. Never received a call or email so I followed-up with AJ on Wednesday, April 26th. He apologized and said I would hear something back by no later than Friday, April 28th.
