I was somewhat nervous driving to Boston, from the Berkshires, to see Dr. Miller. He and his team are exceptional! Very efficient, warm, friendly and more than willing to explain everything. Dr. Miller scheduled an exam with me after I experienced a rapidly developing retinal problem while traveling. Everything about my experience, from interactions with the receptionist and support staff to my visit with Dr. Miller was first rate, communications were top notch. I have had four surgeries with Dr. Miller to salvage and repair my eye after severe trauma from a foreign object. Dr. Miller and his team including Dr. Rossin and Dr. Wong have been attentive and concerned with my recovery needs. The surgical work he has done on my eye is nothing short of miraculous. I doubt whether many other eye surgeons would have had the same success with my eye. He and his team have the right stuff and I am quite grateful for the chance to access this elite medical care.
