He takes his time with you and he isn't knife happy. He will go out of his way to help you.He did everything he could for me.He even told me to get a second opinion if some other surgent could do something he cant.
I am very thankful to Dr. Jacquemin for a successful surgery. Afterward he was not pushing for more surgery lie some others would. He goes by the facts each unique situation and does what is best for his patient. He appears to be a very pleasant and kind person.
Dr. Jacquemin and staff were truly remarkable!!!! Made this entire process “easy” to manage as they were very thorough…Compassionate, understanding, etc..was blessed to him!!!!
There are many good things to say about Dr. Jacquemin. The best thing I can say is that Dr. Jacquemin put me first during surgery and in all his decisions with me. I read his write up in My Chart and was impressed. He had to take away a medication for surgery I very much missed but he volunteered an alternative to help me.He answered all my questions which took time. Dr was very u front about the whole surgery and the after effects
He works miracles. I was confined to a chair for 2 months prior to surgery and taking a lot of pain meds. After surgery the pain was so minimal during recovery I didn’t even need pain meds and haven’t taken them since. It’s been 5 months and I’m still doing great!
I was working with Carol Wise on pain management for 2 ruptured lumbar disks. My insurance plan at NKU had changed. I followed instructions and contacted Express Scripts for a refill of one pain medication. Express Scripts said the doctor's office never called them back. So I made an appointment to see Carol Wise. An office staff member simply cancelled my appointment and said I should just get a refill from my GP, who is visiting Pakistan for a month. His staff (Kaitlynn) kept cancelling my appointment with him.
Dr Jacqemim is very nice and compassionate. He explains everything in detail that you can understand. He is an excellent surgeon.
