i have been trying to get my 15 year old im for a month and they kept rescheduling till april when her wisdom teeth are popping out this place is completely lazy wouldnt evan look up her insurance so they kept rescheduling all the way until april. i called dr jones in norwalk and they got her in right away evan the same day i called i completely reccoment dr jones they are friendly and nice and care about your teeth and dont make YOUR CHILD WAIT while hee teeth are bleeding. very disappointed in this place.
Receptionist was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. After asking if they accept MCNA dental, she replied, "No we do not," to which I said, "Oh, that's odd -- they have you listed as a provider on their portal." Her response: "No, it's not odd."
