Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes
