Ashley was the sellers Realtor. The home had some issues that we as the buyers wanted rectified ( improvements without permits). There were issues not resolved and a cancellation was executed by all parties. Eventually the seller went and hired a new company for the home, and we cancelled the deal.
I would advise you not to use Keller Williams Peace River.
I have used Ashley Houseman to purchase two homes and sell one. All of my experience with her was spectacular. She goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she puts her heart into this business. I will always use the Houseman Team.
