Beautiful store, very clean, friendly and efficient help!
I have been using John Anthony jewellers for many of years! They are incredibly prompt , and there customer service is always 100/10! They are honest and trustworthy, i have taken vintage sentimental rings to get sized (which they have handled with care) as well as purchased new items of the best quality! I highly recommend John Anthony jewellers! Me and my family won’t go any where else :) !!
3 stars: Got a patterned wedding ring resized. Was slightly disappointed after seeing the width of both soldered ends were not the same. Also, the 14k engraving was removed, which isn't a huge issue but seems unprofessional. Final review is 2 stars: noticed while writing this comment that the owner/media manager's responses shift the blame on negative comments. Would expect more professionalism in this department, especially with inevitable negative feedback.
