Disappointing experience. I visited to request a valuation for gold jewelry. I was told a valuation would only be provided if I intended to sell. When I explained that I needed the value to decide, the request was declined. The interaction felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave based on assumptions rather than service policy. I expected a more professional and respectful approach.
My wife and I have been coming here for a long time, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. It is a wonderful family business, and the entire team is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful every time we walk through the door.
