Terrible costumer service, the guy was in a rush to kick me out. Maybe he saw me in regular work clothes, didn’t even let me show him a second piece I had to show him. If you look the way they expect you to look maybe you’ll get lucky to get one more minute of his precious time. Otherwise stay away!! Update in response to the Owner: I walked into your store in a great mood and was having an excellent day until our interaction. Great service. My rings were coming off and my finger was completely swollen but thanks to John Anthony Jewellers for cutting them and making the process simple and easy. I definitely recommend going to them!

I have been to this establishment a few times and have always been impressed with the service level and communication. I have had cleanings, bought an item they had in stock, and had a family ring ordered. Always very open to discuss anything and provide options.
