I have been to this establishment a few times and have always been impressed with the service level and communication. I have had cleanings, bought an item they had in stock, and had a family ring ordered. Always very open to discuss anything and provide options.
I visited today to sell some gold and talk about resetting a few stones. What a lovely experience I had at John Anthony Jewellers. Steve made me feel like my business was worthwhile to them (unlike some other places that also buy customer gold where you feel like you're a criminal when you enter the door). I know jewellery stores in the area have been victims of "smash and grab" robberies at unacceptable levels and have had to take more precautions and security measures because of it.
