I would put no start at all.. I would not go there anymore
Don't waste you time or money at this business! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The mechanic was rude and arrogant. I took my mower there for warranty work and ended up fixing it myself. I'm amazed this place is still in business! The young man working the counter however was polite and tried to be helpful.
Don't buy here, I bought a new zero turn mower here, and always came back here to get all my parts. They seem to be knowledgable about the mowers but usually gave me the wrong parts, or I had to have a part ordered and after I paid for it. 3 weeks later they still hadn't ordered it. Now they seem to be rude and won't get the right parts at all.
RIP OFF BUSINESS #1. SOLD ME SMALL FUEL TUBING FOR $1.00 PLUS PER FOOT AND IT WAS THE WRONG ONE TO BOOT. RUDE PEOPLE WHO DO "NOT" KNOW THE BUSINESS. I WENT TO PARTS PLUS ON NW MIL HWY AND GOT THE "RIGHT" TUBING FOR LESS THAN 9 CENTS PER FOOT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS OR YOU WILL GET THE "BUSINESS"
I called them to get an idea what it would cost to repair my lawnmower. I explained how I damaged it and was told there would be a $20 diagnostic fee and it would then be applied to the bill to fix it. I theb asked if he an range of what repairs usually cost and the guy told me "why don't you put your phone real close to the lawnmower and let me see it". Needless to say I would take my lawnmower to anybody else but that jerk.
NOOO. I took my walking mower there to get the transmission fixed. I was told a $20 minimum fee was required and that would be applied toward the repairs. Eight days later I called them and John said the carburetor was clogged up with a jelly like substance and need to be cleaned. I told them I took it there to get the TRANSMISSION FIXED. He immediately replied that it would be $175 for the parts and $65 for the labor plus the carburetor cleaning!!! I told him no and went to pick up the mower and he tried to sell me a used T... read more
Do not take you lawn equipment here for repair. I took my lawnmower to them to have the fuel line replaced and the cable looked at since it looked loose to me. They quoted a price to replace the carburetor and a tune up. After they completed those repairs they called to tell me that the self-propelled was not working and would cost $69 more. I would not have gone ahead with the initial repairs if he had not indicated to me in the first call that the self-propelled was working well. I could buy a new lawn mower for the amount... read more
They have no idea how to treat a customer (once you finally get a hold of them and they finally tell you what is wrong with your lawnmower). They are out to make the most money out of you they can. Avoid.
