Pathetic. Non helpful. “Closed for lunch” yet workers are inside doing work. Lazy. Would not recommend. Customer service is terrible.

I reached out to John Amato Mitsubishi yesterday to schedule a test drive and never received a response—over 24 hours later. As someone who is already pre-approved through their vehicle exchange program and ready to move forward, this was extremely disappointing. I was genuinely interested in leaving with a new vehicle, but the lack of communication is a major red flag.
