My daughter purchased a car from the dealership after hers was totaled. It was an easy process and by far the best I’ve ever witnessed, I’ve bought over 10 new cars. Don’t hesitate to travel a distance because this dealership is worth it.
I almost bought a 2024 Ioniq 5 RWD Limited with only 2000 miles on it. My sales person Sam gave me a nice, fair price for this vehicle, which very is rare in the Midwest. RWD gives you about 30 miles more range than AWD. I put a $100 deposit on it and waited for my insurance settlement to come in because my other car was totaled. Why don’t I get the 2024? I bought a cash car, paid cash on pick up. They manipulated the bill of sale to say the car was really 10k but added discounts to make the car 4k, so the DMV said I had to pay sales tax on the 10k. It doesn’t end there! Then the dmv won’t give me my title because the way the bill of sale is worded, it shows money is owed on the vehicle, yet I paid cash! I just left an appointment today and received excellent customer service from Trent. I Came in to get my window fixed that fell off of the track. It turned out that the part was not under warranty. I was upset with the quote and diagnostic fee being close to $1500 and requested that Trent asked a sales rep or manager if I have any other options available, as I was 9k miles from the 60k warranty and only 5 months over the 5 years.
