I would give them a zero at this point old spark plugs and food in my engine compartment after big bucks spent on service. and car was not even fixed correctly. Brought it back in charged a 2nd diagnostic fee which revealed stuff that should have been identified and fixed on the original work. There service department I would not trust any longer to do good work. A few months ago I went in to have my car serviced and not only did it take over an hour and a half but they broke my rear windshield arm. They told me I would have to pay $200 to order a new one. It was NOT broken when I arrived. My husband has attempted to call the service manager there multiple times and has left voicemails but nobody will return his call.
