I consistently receive outstanding service from the team at Amato, which is why I go out of my way—traveling from the far south side to the north side—just to have my vehicle serviced there. This dealership is by far the best in maintaining quality customer service and being considerate of their customer's needs. Excellent communication and knowledgeable salesmen and staff. Very clean.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give this service department a zero, I would. Dropped my car off on a Saturday and told them that I would be picking it up next Saturday when I got back into town from my vacation. I did not hear from anyone on Monday, so I called on Tuesday to get an update. Was told my advisor was out but someone else would call me within an hour. Nobody called me.
