They closed the SF location without refunding their members subscriptions. Avoid at all costs!
John Allan closed their Razor Club in San Francisco, and I have been trying to get back my husband's membership fee since April, 2018. They promised a refund when then closed. It is 977 USD, which is a lot of money. This is stealing, and no one will even call me back to assist. Poor customer service, so buyer beware!
When the SF store closed, they promised all members refunds. 6 months later, still no refunds. Beware, this company will rip you off and will take your money if they decide to close the store where you are a member. They ignore all emails and outreach.
