Charming building in a great location, but managed by awful management team. There are no follow throughs on work orders, leaks all over the building, unreliable heating system (no heat for weeks last winter and management shrugged it off until they finally got bombarded with complaints), broken laundry equipment, and more. I went through 5 apartment managers while living there for two years and always had a tough time getting answers or follow through on building issues.
