Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited.
