Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average
