Don't know what the heck happens here, just feel sorry for them.
John Adams Mortgage is completely incompetent and horrible to work with. The Loan Officer told us that we could get a 203k loan and close on a house within 60 days. Now, 3 aggravating months have passed, we sold our current home, and John Adams Mortgage continues to delay the closing date. No one (not even the JAM President) can commit to a date or explain the multiple 2-3 week delays. We will refinance as soon as possible but it makes me sick to think that this lousy company is getting our business. Take yours elsewhere!
