I have purchased bikes from three shops in the Erie area and visited two others while looking. I bought five bikes total, and three of them I have bought here. I usually deal with Dan and Dave and I have come to really like this shop. Friendly, open minded, helpful to everyone. At the Trek shop I was treated like I was stupid for even considering another bike and they didn't really want to sell me a Trek if I bothered to consider some inferior bike.
